Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Colorado. The role involves providing basic medical attention, administering medications, and assessing resident wellbeing as part of a caring, multidisciplinary team.

We value patience, empathy, and a commitment to high-quality elder care. Eligible candidates should have an active LPN license, CPR certification, and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records. Prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• LPN license required for practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification required; additional nursing specialty certification preferred.
• Knowledge of basic nursing practices and gerontological care.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for residents on the unit with nurse aides.
• Administer and document medications per resident schedules.
• Provide safe, compassionate care to residents and assess wellbeing.
• Respond to resident requests and notify physicians of status changes.
• Maintain accurate medication counts and narcotics handling.
• Assist with treatments and physician-ordered procedures as needed.
