Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license required or Compact State license required.
• Able to educate patients and family on multiple disease processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete and scan required record keeping forms/charts upon the guest’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
• Chart nurses’ notes in an informative manner reflecting care provided.
• Report all discrepancies concerning physician’s orders to the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure appropriate documentation concerning unauthorized discharges.
