Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of LPN/LVN experience is required.
• Ability to educate patients and families about multiple disease processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete required record-keeping forms upon the guest's admission or discharge.
• Chart nurses' notes reflect care provided and guests' responses.
• Report discrepancies concerning physician's orders to the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure appropriate documentation for unauthorized discharges is entered.
