Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a hospital team in Paducah, KY. This full-time position provides direct patient care under supervision, focusing on safety, comfort, and quality outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, charting in the EHR, and collaboration with RNs and physicians to support patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in the State of Position.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience required.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the RN or physician.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.
