Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. The LPN provides quality nursing care, monitors patient conditions, and supports CNAs under supervision within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes adherence to Life Care standards, patient well-being, and compliant practices to ensure optimal outcomes in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
