Qualifications

• Active LPN license (state-specific)
• Strong clinical assessment skills and medication administration experience
• Ability to monitor vital signs and perform basic treatments safely
• Proficiency with electronic health record documentation
• Compassionate, patient-focused communication and teamwork skills
