Job summary

Aviva Hills in Canton, Ohio is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our healthcare team at our senior living community. The LPN will provide direct patient care under supervision, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with care plans.

We prioritize a supportive environment for our residents and staff, making this position integral to their well-being and happiness. We are looking for LPNs available for 8 to 12 hour shifts, preferably with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license valid in the State position is located.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure.
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing and feeding.

Skills
