Villa Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Father Murray, A Villa Center. The LPN provides licensed nursing care to residents per physician orders and regulatory standards, while managing assessments, MAR entries, and care plan updates.

Responsibilities include administering medications, charting care accurately, and coordinating with the care team to ensure safety and quality. Strong communication and flexibility are essential for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities including administering medications and charting care.
• Maintains patient environment and follows safety standards.
• Completes admissions/transfers/discharges and reports.
• Begins and documents nursing assessments and interventions.
• Coordinates with physicians and IDT for care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards
• Transcribes orders to charts and MAR; administers medications as ordered
• Reports and documents shift activities and resident responses
• Maintains clean, safe nurse station and treatment areas
• Assists with care plans and updates based on resident status
