Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Frederick, Maryland. In this role, you will support the nursing process and contribute to individualized treatment planning for underserved patients. You will collaborate with RNs to assess patients, implement care plans, and document nursing encounters.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Implements treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners.
• Collaborates in controlled substance counts and responds to health emergencies.
• Assists in medical procedures and documents nursing encounters.
• Attends mandatory staff training sessions.
