Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts in the United States. The role supports the nursing process under RN supervision, providing patient education and clinical care in a facility setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active LPN/LVN licensure in the state, and CPR certification. Prior clinic experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Must have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions to inform treatment planning.
• Implements treatment programs, administering medications (including IV therapy if certified) and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborates in controlled substance counts at the start of each shift, following safety procedures and standard precautions.
• Assists in medical or minor surgical procedures, implements nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and documents nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and training to uphold high-quality patient care.
