Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team in New Jersey. The facility offers Full-Time and Per-Diem opportunities with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires and a pay range of $32–$41 per hour, plus a $1/hour evening/night differential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice and the plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per the plan of care.
