Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team in Brick Township, NJ. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires and choose from Full-Time or Per-Diem options.

Evening shifts offer an additional $1/hr differential, with daily pay and more incentives. The facility is a 164-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care center focused on compassionate, high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards and plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
