Job summary

CHS Career Site is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care with physicians and the care team, document thoroughly, and ensure safety and compassionate patient experiences.

The role covers a range of units including critical care, emergency services, OR services, oncology, obstetrics, pediatrics, and telemetry, with responsibilities from assessment to post-discharge education, adhering to infection control and quality

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current state licensure.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Document assessments accurately and report changes to the team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects per policy.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to implement care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
