Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Oklahoma RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident health and vital signs and report changes to medical staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
