Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bath, dress, eating).
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians and CNAs to follow care plans.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress.
• Communicate effectively with families about care plans.
