Job summary

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident health and vital signs, reporting changes to medical staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
