Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Full‑Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to support clients in Goffstown, NH. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, companionship, and light housekeeping in a home setting.

The role emphasizes safety, independence, and meaningful client relationships within a growing team. NH LNA/PCA certification and driving capability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassion, patience and dependability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet NH compliance requirements.
• Dementia Training Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.
