Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and accurate documentation of patient status.

The position requires an LNA certificate, NH licensure, and current BLS certification. High school diploma or GED is preferred. The role may involve acting as a preceptor for new staff and supporting unit operations.

Qualifications

• Proof of LNA Education Certificate and Final Report of Written and Clinical Competency Testing Results as required by NH Board of Nursing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or equivalent.
• Current New Hampshire State LNA license.

Responsabilités

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care needs under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Performs technical skills/procedures related to patients' physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies and maintains patient care areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job-specific duties and assists with new employee orientation as a preceptor.
