Job summary

Seeds of Hope is seeking a Live-In Personal Support Aide to support individuals with daily living activities in a residential setting. The role requires compassionate care, assistance with personal tasks, and light housekeeping.

You will work a 7-on/7-off live-in schedule, covering 2pm–9am on Mondays and other shifts as needed, with rest periods from 9am–2pm on weekdays. A CNA/HHA assessment is available, and CPR certification is recommended.

• Strong interpersonal communication with clients.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Be flexible and tolerant of varied lifestyles.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have access to transportation.
• CNA or Home Health Aide assessment may be required or offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities in a residential facility.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and personal care to residents.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to supervisor.
• Transport clients to appointments or outings as needed.
