Job summary

Active Day is seeking Personal Care Aides to support clients at home, promoting health and wellbeing through daily assistance, monitoring, and safe, compassionate care. You will help with daily living activities, meals, and transportation as needed, while maintaining a positive, dependable presence for clients and families.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a CNA/HHA certification (preferred), and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively in a dynamic home-care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Performs light home support, including light cleaning and shopping.
• Prepares meals, assists with feeding, and monitors safety.
• Observes changes in members' condition and escalates concerns.
• Drives or runs errands as needed and maintains a sanitary environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred
