Job summary

Care From My Heart is seeking a compassionate home health aide to provide personalized in-home care, supporting daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and companionship while upholding dignity and privacy for clients.

You will work closely with families and supervisors, follow care plans, and maintain accurate documentation. The role offers flexible hours, training opportunities, and competitive compensation based on experience and location.

Qualifications

Experience in home care or personal care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, reliable and respectful approach to client care.
Ability to follow directions and work independently in a home setting.
Basic infection control and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
Provide meal preparation and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation per care plan.
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe living environment.
Monitor changes in client condition and report to supervisor.
Assist with reminders for medications, appointments, and routines as allowed.
Follow care plans, safety guidelines and confidentiality.
