ImmaculateHomecare Services is seeking a reliable Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, in-home personal care to clients in their residences. Join a team that values communication, respect, and teamwork, and help enhance clients' quality of life daily.

As a Home Health Aide you will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal support, medication reminders, and companionship, while documenting visits for the Care Manager. Flexible scheduling and paid training are included.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Compassionate and dependable.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Provide incontinence care and support with mobility and transfers
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as directed
• Encourage participation in memory games and engaging activities
• Provide medication reminders for self-administered medications
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• Monitor client well-being and communicate concerns to the Care Manager
• Complete daily care documentation
