Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Live-In Caregivers / Home Health Aides to support clients across Northern & Southern New Jersey. You will be in clients' homes, providing essential daily living assistance and 24-hour availability as needed.

Qualifications include at least one year of HHA experience, completion of an HHA training course, and an active NJ HHA license. BAYADA offers benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth and scholarship support.

• Active New Jersey HHA license is required.
• Demonstrated caregiving passion and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Medication assistance and basic home management tasks.
• Remain in the home for the 24-hour period as assigned.

Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Live-In Caregivers / Home Health Aides to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. The Live-In Caregiver is present in the home and available to provide assistance intermittently throughout a 24 hour period.

ALL OF NORTHERN & SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

BAYADA offers Live-Ins / HHAs:

• Base Pay: $1,360 - $1,450 WEEKLY (pay rate depends on level of care involved)
• Bonus Opportunities – for covering emergency fill-ins, referring other HHAs to BAYADA, and more.
• Transportation provided for live-ins
• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for Live-In / HHA:

• Minimum ONE FULL YEAR work experience as an HHA, or a non-healthcare Employer (if newly licensed)
• Have completed a recognized HHA training course and hold an ACTIVE NEW JERSEY HHA License

• Remain in the home for each 24-hour period, as assigned by clinical manager.
