Job summary

A Place at Home – Philadelphia West is seeking an experienced Live-In Caregiver & House Manager in Montgomery County, PA. This full-time live-in role blends personalized care with home management, offering autonomy and strong team support to deliver high-quality in-home care.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of live-in caregiving, solid organizational skills, and a compassionate manner. CNA/HHA certification is a plus; a valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional live-in or senior caregiving experience.
• House management or private duty experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized ADL support including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor health status.
• Manage light housekeeping, laundry, and meal planning/preparation.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Maintain daily care logs and liaise with clinical team and family.
