Home Care Assistance - Philadelphia is seeking live-in caregivers to serve clients in Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware Counties. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of live-in experience, a reliable car, and can pass a background check. We offer round-the-clock support and care on a one-to-one basis in clients' homes.

Interviews are in Chalfont, PA; authorized to work in the United States. Competitive pay with bonus opportunities is provided.

Responsibilities

Job description

Interviewing for Live-in caregivers for clients in Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware Counties.. Must have at least 2 years of prior live-in (24 hours for multiple days/weeks in client's home) experience. Must be able to drive client to appointments.
We are looking for caregivers who can take on full time live-in cases and caregivers who can substitute for other caregivers who need time off.

Many of our clients need personal care assistance or assistance getting in and out of their bed or wheel chair.

• Past experience as a live in caregiver, at least 2 years live-in experience required.

• A reliable car, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent references from past employers and supervisors. A hunger to learn how to best care for your client.

Job Duties:

• Assist elderly client with daily living activities.
• Must be able to cook.
• Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships.
• Going on walks, taking client on outings, engaging client in memory activities
• light housekeeping, running errands, meal preparation and laundry as needed

In-person interviews are required. Candidate will need to go to Chalfont, PA office for interview and orientation. Must be currently authorized to work in the United State of America.
