Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Tennessee is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct rehab under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following Life Care standards and applicable laws.

The PTA will implement treatment plans, document progress, use therapy software, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care and safety in a post-acute setting.

New grads welcome; one year experience preferred and CPR certification required on hire.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT).
Current state license in good standing.
CPR certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

Follow treatment plans under the direction of the supervising PT.
Chart therapy progress accurately and timely.
Use therapy software appropriately and accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient safety.
