Job summary

Grace Cottage Hospital in Vermont is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to support hospitalized patients with daily living activities and to assist the care team. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and comfort with electronic health records. Shifts are 2pm-10pm, 32 hours per week, including every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant licensure in Vermont.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Able to communicate effectively.

Communicates with Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager and co-workers, as appropriate about patient needs. Is able to respond quickly and appropriately in emergent situations.
