Job summary

Yona is seeking a Laundry Aide to join the team at Complete Care at Glendale West. The role supports residents, visitors, and coworkers by handling laundry operations with a friendly, service-oriented approach. Experience is not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities include operating washers/dryers, inventory management, and delivering clean linens while maintaining a safe, organized work area. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfectants, etc.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively with residents and personnel.
• Must provide a criminal background check.
• Laundry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transports laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts.
• Operates commercial washing machines and dryers.
• Sorts and loads soiled linen into washers and loads clean, wet linens into dryers.
• Folds clean, dry linen and places into clean carts.
• Keeps accurate records of linen inventory.
• Washes, dries, folds and distributes customer clothing.
• Maintains equipment and the laundry areas, keeps areas neat, orderly and safe.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs.
• Delivers laundry as specified.
• Puts Customer Service First: ensures customers and families receive high-quality service in a caring environment.
