Yona is seeking a Laundry Aide to join the team in Michigan. You will transport soiled and clean linen, operate commercial washers/dryers, and ensure tidy, organized laundry areas while maintaining accurate inventory and following all policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning compounds.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Criminal background check required.
• Laundry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport laundry containers of soiled and clean linen.
• Operate commercial washing machines and dryers.
• Sort, load, and unload linen in washers and dryers.
• Fold and distribute clean linen into carts.
• Maintain accurate linen inventory records.
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute customer clothing.
• Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Check stock and notify supervisor of supply needs.
• Deliver laundry as specified.
• Provide friendly, compassionate service to residents, visitors, and coworkers.
