Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated laundry/housekeeping associate for a nursing home in Napa, CA. You will sort, wash, dry, fold and deliver clean linen, maintain supplies, and follow sanitary procedures to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand directions related to laundry/housekeeping procedures.
• Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean linen for residents and maintain inventory.
• Sort, treat, wash, dry and fold clothing and linens.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and report issues to management.
• Deliver clean laundry items to resident rooms.
• Maintain linen in good repair and remove damaged items from service.
• Follow sanitary processes to keep the facility free of odors and contaminants.
