The Landings of Chestnut Grove is seeking a reliable Laundry Aide to join our team and support the cleanliness and upkeep of resident laundry at The Landings of Chestnut Grove. This role emphasizes compassionate service and adherence to facility standards while handling residents' linens and clothing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment and follow cleaning guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and residents' clothing.
• Sort and inventory laundry by type and owner.
• Keep laundry rooms clean, organized, and stocked; follow safety protocols.
• Assist with maintaining linens supply; report shortages.
• Work with the team to meet residents' needs promptly.
• Handle resident laundry with care and return items timely.
