Job summary

You will apply HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitation, operate equipment, and document temperatures to ensure the safest, highest quality food possible while supporting a collaborative team in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required depending upon location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required depending upon location.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, assemble baked goods, cooks and portions food for patients, residents, staff and visitors.
• Adheres to menu, dietary requirements and HACCP guidelines.
• Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment and machinery.
• Operates kitchen equipment and ensures sanitation.
