Raleigh Community Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Kennel Assistant to support patient care and client service in a fast-paced, multi-doctor setting.

The role involves caring for boarding animals, feeding schedules, medication administration, kennel maintenance, bathing pets, and performing light cleaning. Weekend availability is required with on-site presence to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience working with animals in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work in a wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for boarding animals and manage feeding schedules and medications.
• Maintain the kennel area through cleaning and mopping and bathe animals.
• Communicate with clients and support patient care on a multi-doctor team.
• Assist with general hospital cleaning and other duties as needed.
