Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Granbury, TX seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a senior client recovering from a fall. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and safety in the client’s own home.

The role requires a patient, safety-conscious caregiver with at least one year of experience and a valid driver’s license. Compensation ranges from $15.50 to $17.00 per hour, with paid training and biweekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience assisting seniors with personal care and daily living activities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to complete required training and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with showering, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide gentle assistance while considering tenderness from recovery.
• Support safe mobility and monitor fall risks.
• Make meals and assist with meal-related tasks.
• Light housekeeping and laundry; tidy living environment.
• Provide transportation to appointments and outings.
• Observe changes and report to care team.
