Qualifikationen

• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred.

• Caregivers provide assistance based on each client's individual needs and established care plan.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Providing toileting and mobility assistance.
• Helping clients with safe transfers, as appropriate to their training and abilities.
• Preparing meals and assisting with basic kitchen tasks.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Offering companionship and engaging clients in meaningful activities.
• Assisting with daily routines and activities of daily living.
• Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when needed.
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate team member.
