At Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide pediatric and community home care, delivering daily living assistance and ensuring safe in-home support. You will follow supervisor instructions to perform personal care tasks in the client’s home in Weatherford, TX.

Qualifications

• Pleasant and cheerful demeanor required.
• Ability to encourage, mentor, and support fellow workers daily.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed oral and written instructions.
• Completes and/or meets required training requirements.
• Must be able to lift/move objects and people up to 50 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Assists client in daily living activities including personal hygiene as directed by supervisor.
• Supervises client during activities to enable safe functioning.
• Maintains compliance with At Home Health policies, procedures and guidelines; complies with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Immediately reports to supervisor significant changes in client’s environment, behaviors and circumstances.
• Monitors client environment for safety hazards and reports or acts to eliminate hazards.
