Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Supervise clients during activities to help ensure safety.
• Maintain compliance with At Home Healthcare policies and applicable laws.
• Immediately report significant changes in client’s environment, behaviors, or circumstances to supervisor.
• Monitor client environment for hazards and report or address hazards as needed.
