Job summary

At Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team, delivering in-home care to pediatric and community patients. You'll provide personal care, support daily activities, and ensure a safe, comforting home environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, supervising activities for safety, following all policies and regulations, and reporting changes to your supervisor. We value patience, reliability, and teamwork in a supportive home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate competency.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed oral and written instructions.
• Completes and/or meets required training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with activities of daily living including personal hygiene as assigned by supervisor.
• Supervise client during activities to ensure safety.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures and guidelines and with state/federal laws.
• Report to supervisor all significant changes in client’s environment, behaviors, and circumstances.
• Monitor client environment for hazards and report or address hazards.
