Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists client in activities of daily living including personal hygiene.
• Supervises client during activities to enable safe functioning.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Immediately reports to supervisor significant changes in client’s environment, behaviors, and circumstances.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards in the client environment and take action.
