Job summary

Giving Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Fritch, TX area to provide in-home daily living and personal care services per physician care plans.

This is a 1099 contract role with care provided at the patient’s residence. Shifts include day and night options (8a-8p, 8p-8a) with flexible weekday schedules and background checks required.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, and TB test are current and valid.
• Prefer clinical home health experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician care plans and document care in system.
• Administer prescribed treatments and therapies.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor vitals.
• Communicate with family and healthcare team.
