Job summary

Giving Home Health Care in Texas is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home daily living support under a physician care plan.

This 1099 contract role covers visits in the Haskell area, with 7-hour shifts from 8am to 3pm, focused on one-on-one patient care in the home.

Ideal candidates have CPR and First Aid, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with background checks required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document care provided.
• Administer prescribed treatments and therapies.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care.

• Communicate with family, doctors, and care team regarding patient status.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in the system of record.
