Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide in-home daily living and personal care in the Panhandle, TX area under physician-established care plans. This 1099 contract role supports patients in their homes with 24hr care needs, FT or PRN options, and shifts 8a-8p or 8p-8a.

Responsibilities include executing prescribed plans, administering treatments, performing assessments, and coordinating care in a one-on-one

Qualifications

• Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test are required.
• Clinical care setting experience preferred for home health.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
• Adminsisters prescribed treatments, and therapies
• Performs patient assessments, coordination of care
• Performs activities of daily living, communications, and vitals monitoring in the patient’s home
• Operates in a one-on-one home care environment with the patient
• Communicates with family, doctors, and prescribed individuals regarding patient health
• Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs
