Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility.
• Dependable with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain client safety with wellness checks and environmental monitoring.
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure proper hydration.
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Change dressings and assist with basic medical care as directed.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to support mental well-being.
• Document changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
• Adapt care approaches to various living conditions and client needs.
