Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with dialysis machines.
• Experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical).
• Must be dependable and empathetic.
• Strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up dialysis treatments and assist patient with equipment.
• Provide companionship and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with light ADLs.
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
• Document concerns observed during shifts.
