Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare, LLC is hiring dependable CNA professionals to provide in-home care to older adults in South Kingston, RI. The role covers personal care, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, with a focus on safety and compassionate engagement.

You’ll follow each client’s care plan, observe changes, document accurately, and report professionally. Active RI CNA license is required; other state licenses or HHA training may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license (RI only).
• CNA license from any state, HHA or similar training preferred (CT only).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
• Basic technology skills for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Follow each client’s care plan and maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s condition.
• Complete timely documentation and communicate professionally.
