Job summary

Trove Home Care in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an experienced CNA caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care, helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, independence, and safety in their own homes.

This role offers 30–40 hours per week with a pay range of $24–$27 per hour, time-and-a-half for holidays and overtime, mileage reimbursement, and access to a responsive local team. A valid Virginia CNA certification and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA certification required.
• Flexible availability based on client needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to maintain comfort, dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement.
• Meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and transportation to appointments.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Communicate client needs to the Trove team.
