Job summary

Vibrant Health Homecare in Tacoma is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities at home. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help clients live independently with dignity.

This role emphasizes dignity, patient care, and reliability, with duties ranging from medication reminders and meal prep to transportation and access to community resources. Training is available and flexible scheduling helps meet your life needs.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• CNA or HCA license desired; training available.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Experience in senior care is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in accomplishing tasks to the best of their abilities.
• Assist clients to achieve their personal goals.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, feeding).
• Plan and prepare meals with the client.
• Ensure medications are taken as scheduled.
• Provide transportation to appointments.
• Help clients access community resources.
