Job summary

Vibrant Health Homecare in Tacoma is seeking caring caregivers to support a female client with daily living activities in her home.

You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, and access to community resources; prior CNA/HCA preferred but training is available.

Flexible Thursday–Sunday shifts, weekly pay, and benefits offered. Join a team dedicated to preserving independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• A CNA or HCA license is desired; training opportunities are available if not held.
• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect.
• Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in accomplishing tasks to the best of their abilities.
• Support clients to achieve their desired goals.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Provide support with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding.
• Plan and prepare meals for or with the client.
• Ensure clients have taken scheduled medications.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments.
• Support clients to access and enjoy resources in the community.
