Senior Lifecare and Family Agency LLC is seeking compassionate PCAs, CNAs, and HHAs to provide in-home care to seniors and others needing assistance with daily living activities. Join a team that values reliability, empathy, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, documenting services, and following safety procedures. Training is offered and flexible schedules are available to fit student or family needs.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current PCA/CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties including mobility assistance.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the supervisor.
