Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking an exceptional caregiver to provide in-home care to clients in the Kingwood/Conroe area of Texas. The role emphasizes dignity, patience, and compassionate assistance with daily activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following a defined care plan. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience with ADLs.
• Ability to provide high-quality, hands-on personal care.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent in attendance.
• Ability to follow established care plans and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide safe mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and maintain client safety.
• Report changes to client condition to the office.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with family and team.
• Demonstrate initiative and good judgment.
